1. Who we are

OMNi DAW is a free Digital Audio Workstation developed by Tomasz Głuc. The software is provided free of charge; the source code is proprietary and not publicly available. This website (omnidaw.com) serves as the project's public landing page and news hub. We do not operate as a company and do not collect data for commercial purposes.

2. Data we collect

We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate this website:

  • Contact form submissions – If you send us a message via the contact form, we receive your name, email address, and message content. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not shared with any third party.
  • Server logs – Like all web servers, our hosting provider (cba.pl) may log standard request metadata (IP address, browser type, page visited, time of request). We do not control or access these logs directly.

3. Cookies & Advertising

This website uses cookies and local storage for two main purposes:

  • Essential: We use localStorage to remember your language, theme (dark/light), and your cookie consent preferences. This data never leaves your device.
  • Advertising: We use Google AdSense to display ads that help keep OMNi DAW free. Depending on your consent, Google may use cookies to personalize the ads you see. If you choose "Essential Only" or "Reject", personalized ads will not be shown.

You can change your consent preferences at any time by clearing your browser data for this site, which will prompt the consent banner to appear again.

4. Third-party services

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google may collect and use data as described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. This means Google's servers receive your IP address when fonts are loaded.

Links to external services (YouTube, Discord, GitHub, Suppi) are provided for your convenience. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those services.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we have collected (i.e., contact form submissions). To exercise these rights, please contact us using the form on the main page.

6. Contact

For any privacy-related questions, please use the contact form on the main page.
